A 5-day Faculty Development Program (FDP) on Innovation & Entrepreneurship was held at the Centre for Innovation, Incubation & Entrepreneurship (CIIE), IoT Zakura Campus, University of Kashmir. The FDP was backed by AICTE and the Ministry of Education's Innovation Cell. It aims was to empower faculty to foster student startups and innovation in line with NEP 2020. 

The FDP takes place at the Institute of Technology (IoT) Zakura Campus, University of Kashmir, and it focused on promoting an innovation-driven academic environment. The program includes expert-led sessions on topics like design thinking, the startup ecosystem, idea validation, and business model development. It was designed to strengthen participants' understanding of innovation processes and entrepreneurial development within academic settings. The program was attended by faculty members from various colleges and universities across J&K.
