Two week Workshop “ Mastering Innovative CNC Machining Practices"

The two-week hands-on workshop on CNC Lathe and CNC Milling, conducted from 6th to 20th March, provided skill-based training to 25 participants in CNC machining. By the end of the workshop, participants had successfully acquired industry-relevant competencies essential for modern precision manufacturing, including: CNC Programming: Proficiency in G-code and M-code for controlling lathe and milling operations.

he two-week hands-on workshop on CNC Lathe and CNC Milling, conducted from 6th to 20th March, provided skill-based training to 25 participants in CNC machining.
By the end of the workshop, participants had successfully acquired industry-relevant competencies essential for modern precision manufacturing, including:
CNC Programming: Proficiency in G-code and M-code for controlling lathe and milling operations.
Machine Setup and Operation: Competence in setting up CNC machines, selecting appropriate tools, and handling workpieces safely and efficiently.
Hands-on Machining Experience: Practical experience in operating CNC machines, troubleshooting errors, and optimizing machining parameters for accuracy and productivity.
Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Enhanced skills in diagnosing machining issues and implementing solutions for improved efficiency.
Additionally:
Two participants were assisted during their TASL interviews, receiving guidance on questions related to aerospace component manufacturing.
Few diploma and ITI students have successfully secured employment in a local industry operating a CNC machine, demonstrating the workshop’s direct impact on employability.
Overall, this structured learning experience equipped participants with technical expertise and practical competence, significantly enhancing their employability in CNC machining and precision manufacturing industries.
