Adil Yousuf graduated from the University of Jammu with his Bachelors in Electrical Engineering , and got his M.Tech in Electrical Power & Energy Systems from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Srinagar. He currently holds the position of Assistant Professor (Contractual) in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Institute of Technology University of Kashmir, starting from 2020.
The areas of his interest in academic and research aspects consist of power system operation and control, energy optimization, electrical machines applications, and interdisciplinary engineering systems. Some of his innovative works involve patentable research on sustainable transport infrastructure for wireless charging of Electric Vehicles (EVs) as well as intelligent healthcare systems for newborn babies.
